Q:  How do I get my gift certificate?

A:  As soon as you make your purchase, you can print your certificate immediately.  You can also select the option to have the certificate mailed to you, or to pick it up in person at the Hometown Radio Group business office in Memphis, MO during regular business hours.

Q:  When may I redeem my gift certificate?

A:  The certificate can be redeemed as soon as you have it in your possession.  Some certificates will have an expiration date.  Be sure to read the details of each certificate prior to purchase to make sure you are aware of any such limitations.  The expiration date will also be printed on your gift certificate.

Q:  Can I give my gift certificate to someone else as a gift?

A:  Once you purchase a gift certificate, it's yours to use however you like.

Q:  How long do I have to decide if I want to select a deal?

A:  You need to grab them fast.  We don't call them "Hot Hometown Deals" for nothing.  Most deals have limited quantities.

Q:  How many gift certificates can I purchase?

A:  You can purchase as many as you please.  However, many certificates have a daily limit of how many you may purchase on a given day.  This is to help ensure that the deals are spread around for everyone.  But you're always welcome to come back the next day and take advantage of that deal again.

Q:  What if I take my gift certificate to the business and they will not honor it?

A:  Assuming the certificate hasn't expired, that shouldn't happen.  However, if it does, please let us know ASAP.  We will do our best to work directly with the advertiser on your behalf to rectify the situation.

Q:  Do I still have to tip if I use a food/dining gift certificate?

A:  Gratuities are NOT included in the gift certificate.  Additionally, these businesses are offering you a healthy discount with these certificates in hopes of attracting new business.  If you feel you have received quality service, return their generosity with a nice tip.  It is greatly appreciated!
